When should I start studying for the CPA Exam?
As soon as possible. Several studies have shown that the key to passing the CPA Exam is allowing yourself adequate study time. So how much should you plan on studying? At least three months (or more) if possible. What is the schedule for the computer-based exam?
The exam is offered up to six days a week, during two out of every three months. A candidate can sit for one or more parts of the exam during a test period but may not take a specific part of the exam more than once during that same test period. Each State Board can establish its own policy on the time frame in which a candidate must pass all four parts of the exam. The AICPA has recommended that the period be 18 months.

What is your return policy?

Products Damaged in Shipment
Upon receipt, inspect your order for quantity and condition of materials received. Report any damage or discrepancies immediately to both the shipper and to Bisk.

Any material damaged in shipment must be reported upon receipt. To ensure you receive full credit and avoid misunderstandings, report short or damaged shipments immediately. We do not issue cash refunds.


Unsold Inventory
Any overstocked current edition product in good condition may be returned to Bisk within 60 days of the release of a new edition. Edition releases occur once a year. We do not issue cash refunds.

Software and audio products may not be returned if the package seal has been broken (audio products) or the software envelope has been opened (software products).

Current edition products in good condition, if returned within 60 days of the release of a new edition, may be returned for full credit against an order for an equal or greater number of the new edition. We do not issue cash refunds.

Current edition products in good condition held longer than 60 days after the release of a new edition may be returned for 50% credit. Returns over 120 days after the release of a new edition receive no credit.


To Return Merchandise
Please contact your Bisk billing representative at bookstore@bisk.com to receive a “Return Authorization Number” prior to shipping material to Bisk. To facilitate the processing of your return, include a copy of your original invoice, or invoice number and the “Return Authorization Number” in the box of returned goods. No credit will be issued if a Return Authorization Number has not been assigned.
