Product Policies

• Online Class Withdrawal and Materials Return Policy. An online student may withdraw from an instructor-led CPA Review class and arrange for return of their class materials by calling Bisk Education at any time up to 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST on the Student Enrollment deadline date for their class as outlined within the online class schedule published on Bisk’s website. Refunds will not be authorized for those requesting a withdrawal after the specified deadline.

  All refund requests must be made by phone. A Return Authorization number will be assigned by Bisk during your call. This Return Authorization number is required to receive a refund. The cost to return the materials will be the responsibility of the purchaser. It is in the best interest of the purchaser to ship materials by certified mail or an alternative traceable method. All books and materials must be received within thirty (30) days of the date of a valid withdrawal, or you will be charged the retail rate for the books and materials. To facilitate the processing of your return, include a copy of your original invoice, or invoice number and the “Return Authorization Number” in the box of returned goods. Unreturned books and materials fees will be deducted from any refund amount you are owed. Once we have received the returned product, we will issue the appropriate refund. To qualify to receive a refund, books and materials must be returned in their original condition. Books and materials that have been written in or otherwise defaced cannot be returned and will not be accepted. You are responsible for any related collection costs and/or legal fees. These terms are governed by Florida law, with venue for any proceeding arising out of or in connection with these terms in Hillsborough County, Florida. • Online Class Change Request Policy. Student requests to change their class session will be honored if submitted by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST on the first Friday following the Professor Instruction Begins date for their class as outlined within the online class schedule published on Bisk’s website. Students will be allowed one change request at no charge. Each additional class change request after the first change will incur a fee of $100 per class.

• Online Class Retake Policy. An online student also has the option to retake a class or section that they have already paid for and completed. The fee to retake an instructor-led class, within three years of the original class start date, is $250 per section. The fee to retake or gain access to just the self-study portion of the online classroom, within three years of the original class start date, is $150 per section. Students who register to retake a class that they had originally taken more than 3 years ago based on the original class start date, will be provided a 25% discount off of the current retail rate.

Should you not be completely satisfied with any of our non-instructor-led products for any reason, call us within 10 days of the invoice date to receive a refund.

• Early-Preparation Guarantee: If you are unsure you achieved a passing grade on one or more sections of the CPA exam and decide to purchase our review materials to get a head start on your next sitting, we will refund your purchase price if you discover you passed that section(s) when grades are released and provided to Bisk Education with the proof of passing within 10 days of receipt of your exam score.

• Pass-the-Exam Guarantee: If you do not pass the CPA exam after studying with and successfully completing one of our exam preparation packages listed below, we will refund your full product purchase price, or update your materials free of charge (certain restrictions and preparation requirements apply, call 800-404-7231 for details or click below).

• Use Restrictions: As the Licensee, you may physically transfer the Bisk Software from one computer to another provided that the Software is used on only three computers at a time. You may NOT electronically transfer the Software from one computer to another over the network. You may NOT distribute copies of the Software or accompanying written materials to others. This program is an educational tool only. This program, or any support given by Bisk’s technical support staff, are in no way substitutes for assistance from legal, tax and accounting professionals.

• Transfer Restrictions: The Bisk Software is licensed only to you, the Licensee, and may not be transferred to anyone without the prior written consent of Bisk. Any authorized transferee of the Software shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In no event may you transfer, assign, rent, lease, sell or otherwise dispose of the Software on a temporary or permanent basis except as expressly provided herein.

• Copy Restrictions: Bisk Software users are able to make one (1) copy of the Software solely for backup purposes. Users may not copy the CDs, disk(s), disk contents or accompanying printed material to sell or distribute to others.
