The complimentary help line is designed so candidates who purchase our materials may contact the very editors who compile, update, and review Bisk-Totaltape’s CPA Review materials. We design our materials to be a self- sufficient review of your college work, but if something is confusing, please call us. You will probably never need the help line, but isn’t nice to know it is there if you do?

The editors who answer help line calls are CPAs who have survived the CPA exam.

HOW DO CANDIDATES USE THE BISK-TOTALTAPE HELP LINE?

A candidate who has purchased our materials calls the toll-free number, provides name and full telephone number, states the edition, states the type of media, provides a specific reference to a page or question number, and asks the question. (If you are using the software, we suggest you print the question before calling.) With full information about your question, an answer is usually available when you first speak to an editor personally. Candidates should be prepared to leave a message and receive a return call, particularly close to exam dates.

WHAT ARE THE BISK-TOTALTAPE HELP LINE HOURS?

Candidates may leave messages on Bisk-Totaltape’s help line 24 hours a day. Messages are returned from 9:00 to 5:00 EST, Monday through Friday, usually within one business day. During busy periods, those questions left by candidates that leave clear messages probably will be answered before other questions.
