Bisk CPA Review Online:
To qualify for the Bisk CPA Review Online Money-Back Guarantee you must:

  1. Fill out and mail the Money-Back Guarantee Agreement within 10 days of receiving your Bisk CPA Review Online Package (Online Users Guide)
  2. Review statistics, which are tracked automatically online, must show that:
    • You have answered all of the multiple choice questions correctly one time
    • You have achieved a passing score (or better) on your last attempt at the final exam(s)

To qualify for the Bisk CPA Review Online Money-Back Guarantee:
If you should fail to pass the CPA exam after completing all of the above requirements, you will send Bisk a notarized copy of your official grades from your state board showing that you did not pass the section(s) you studied for with Bisk. This must be done via certified mail within 20 days of receipt of your grades from the state board.

If Bisk Education is able to verify all of the above, then you shall have a choice of:

  1. A full refund for any section(s) purchased but not passed, provided you return all original CPA Review materials to Bisk in good condition
  2. A free retake for the next scheduled online review of any section(s) purchased but not passed, with complete access to all online video lectures and learning tools

Note: Even if you don’t meet the conditions for a refund, Bisk Education will always update your written materials free of charge until you pass the CPA exam. You will only be paying postage and handling.

Bisk CPA Review Classic:
To qualify for the Bisk CPA Review Classic Money-Back Guarantee you must:

  1. Fill out and mail the Money-Back Guarantee Agreement within 10 days of the invoice date of your Bisk CPA Review Classic Package – Software Users Guide (please include a copy of your invoice or store receipt).
  2. Back up your statistics to disc and burn a CD-ROM with the data and send the CD-ROM by certified mail to Bisk. The CD-ROM must be mailed within 10 days of taking the exam. Understand that the Money-Back Guarantee remains in effect for the next 365 days following the invoice date of the Bisk CPA Review Classic Package.
    • Your statistics must show that you have answered all the multiple-choice questions correctly one time and that you spent a minimum of one minute per question
    • Your Statistics CD-ROM must also show that you achieved a passing score or better on your last attempt at the final exam(s)

To qualify for the Bisk CPA Review Classic Money-Back Guarantee:
